Shipping Method

Quick and traceable Delivery is scheduled within 2/5 working days from receipt of payment.

Shipment will be made via SDA express courier or alternatively TNT.

Upon delivery of the goods to the courier, delivery will be made within 24/48 hours of work.

The customer will receive an email from us and the courier, containing the tracking number, with which to monitor the process of the same.

The delivery will be done at the street and not at the floor.

When you receive the goods you need to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document

- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strips.

N.B. The customer is obliged to sign the consignment note only if the packaging of the goods is intact, in case of obvious external damage or presumed tampering (eg packing tape) it is preferable to refuse the goods or to accept with reserve, affixing the annotation of damage on the waybill that the carrier asks to sign on receipt of delivery.
